Sure doesn’t! We want to build a lasting relationship with our builders so we don’t reset the volume discounts annually. Instead they will build on each other so once you’ve reached the .5% list fee, that’s where you’ll stay!
We don’t typically do open houses because they usually aren’t an effective way to sell your home. However, we are willing to discuss this service on a case by case basis.
If you need specific services not included in our package, we will happily work with you to provide these. For instance, customized folders for your community, detailed floor plans, virtual tours, etc. are all something we can provide.
This depends on whether they have a home to sell. If they have a home to sell and we list that home, we only charge the buyer $1,000 to sell so we can’t also discount our commission rate for the purchase. However, if the buyer comes to us without a home to sell and doesn’t have representation, one of our agents will represent the buyer for a lower commission rate of 2%. That means you’ll only owe between 2.5%-$3.5% total in commissions. That’s thousands of dollars of savings in your pocket!
