Angie and Samara were by far our favorite realtors to work with by far! Samara (owner of Smart Choice) came to our house for a walk thru. She made suggestions for removing certain items, what needed to be put away, what needed to be painted and what needed to be cleaned up outside. Listen to her suggestions, she knows. Then we talked about timing of any repairs and painting that we knew of and a potential date for showings. She did her due diligence for finding comps and giving us a realistic selling price point. We agreed and got to work on our end. A month later we were ready to proceed and set the date. We had six showings in the first weekend (understand this was mid October when sellings have dropped) and had a full price offer in two days. Paperwork was completed by Nov. 1st. Inspection was done, repair agreements were signed and closing was Dec. 1st with and agreement to stay in the house thru Dec. 20th. Samara and Angie (coordinator) were great through the whole process. Couldn't be any happier!

Your home will be listed on the Triangle Multiple Listing Service so it is available for all Realtors to see. We pride ourselves in providing thorough & accurate information so we're ready for offers anytime!


Your home will be featured on 400+ websites including, Zillow, Trulia & more. We'll also showcase your home on our Facebook page with over 700 fans.

Professional Photography

Photos are the most important marketing tool we have. We want only the best so we'll have our professional photographer take up to 100 photos to highlight your home's best features.

Lockbox & Sign

We'll provide a lockbox for your front door so agents can easily show your home to prospective buyers as well as a professionally designed yard sign to show your home is for sale.

Accurate Information

We work hard to ensure that all information about your home is accurate and readily available to buyers so that when they are ready to make an offer on your home, there's nothing holding them back.

Document Preparation

We will fill out all appropriate NC Real Estate Commission approved forms & make certain the correct addenda are included so that you're completely protected.

Full Representation
