Closing Coordinator and Buyer Specialist
Kenny is our closing coordinator, aka the wizard behind the curtain, handling everything from contract to close for the Smart Choice Team. Kenny‘s style of transaction management is detailed, precise and he manages every part of the transaction seamlessly, allowing our clients to breathe easy.

Kenny also doubles as a buyer’s specialist for Smart Choice Realty.  Being a Raleigh/Durham native lends a high amount of value when helping buyers search for homes.  This knowledge coupled with top-notch service has helped propel him to thrive in the real estate industry since 2015.

When he’s not helping clients, Kenny enjoys visiting the lake, spending time with his pets (Georgia-a toy yorkie-poo, Baxter-a pitbull mix and Joey-a russian blue cat) and tending to his many varieties of plants.
