Nicole is our closing coordinator, aka the wizard behind the curtain, handling everything from contract to close for the Smart Choice Team. Nicole’s style of transaction management is detailed and precise.  Nicole manages every part of the transaction seamlessly, allowing our clients to breathe easy.

Nicole has a ton of experience in the real estate world, starting with Smart Choice as an administrative assistant and working her way up to a buyer’s agent position and now closing coordinator.  Nicole still loves jumping in and helping buyer clients along the way and is always willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
